Value The Customer

It should go without saying that the most important part of any business is the customer. Often times businesses and creators can get overly excited by the product or service they

are providing and forget what brought them success in the first place. Today it is expected, at the very least, that a quality device/service be delivered, as advertised. If companies can not deliver, then consumers will find a new company. If the price is too high and there is nothing unique or novel then consumers will find a new company. Companies that do not innovate will be positioned as commodity solutions and easily swapped out for a cheaper solution.

To attract and retain customers, companies will have to provide products and services that reward and promote participation and enjoyment in the entire ecosystem. The advent of Web 3.0 provides a unique opportunity and moment in time to allow for companies to create immersive experiences that have not existed before. The following gives a quick list of areas to consider. This list is not exhaustive and gives a quick summary of some concepts that need to be considered.

The convergence of business capabilities with improved customer experiences will allow for a new way for consumers to interact with the company. Applying blockchain and the associated digital products / services on top of a block chain will allow for a new level of customer involvement.
